ThE FACTORY is a versatile studio space available for hire in the Midlands, offering a variety of production rooms to create music videos, promos or feature films and supported by a green room with kitchen, toilets & showers. There is room for hair & make-up and for your wardrobe department, with a separate changing room.

We also provide a dedicated dance studio with mirrored walls, ballet barre and specialised dance floor, rehearsal space for actors, stunt training and martial arts and rooms for holding auditions or production meetings. Each area can be dressed and furnished to suit your requirements.

Bookings can range from one hour for short meetings or rehearsals to blocks of several weeks for feature films. We can also provide workshop facilities for film set construction.

the factory is located in Banbury, off Junction 11 of the M40, between London and Birmingham and within walking distances of Banbury Railway Station.

Our facilities will suit a whole range of filming opportunities from high budget productions to lower budget independent projects with prices starting from only £10 an hour for the smaller rooms.
